In order to reserve your date, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Some orders can be completed completely by phone or online. More detailed orders and larger events require an appointment for a one on one meeting.
We personally work with each customer from initial design to decoration and since all our cakes are made to order we typically require 2-3 weeks and upto 6 to 8 weeks lead time for celebration cakes and pastries.
We recommend Wedding and Quinceanera inquiries and appointments be made 4-6 months on advance, although it is not uncommon for us to be booked up-to 1 year in advance for special events.
Simple orders, cakes and cupcakes require a minimum of 48 hours in advance notice and are subject to date availability. However, don’t hesitate to Contact Us even if your request is not within the time-frame, as we occasionally have last minute openings.
We cannot “save” a date without a deposit.
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to reserve your date, which goes towards your balance. Balance is due upon date discussed at appointment.
Wedding cakes are reserved with a $150 deposit, which goes towards your balance. Remainder is due upon date discussed at appointment .
Due to the complexity of our designs, we only take a limited amount of cakes per week. Once we reach our limit for any week throughout the year, we can accept no more orders.
